No, just bring your enthusiasm. The ride is based on your individual fitness level, but in a group setting. You feel the energy of the pack
What equipment do I need?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your biking shoes if you own some. If not, we have shoes available.
What type of bike clips do you use?
Our pedals accommodate both Look and SPD clips.
How many bikes and what kind are they?
We have 25 new Schwinn AC Sport bikes.
How do I sign up for a class?
Signing up for a class is simple, sign up online or call us at 718•499•RIDE (7433).
In order to sign up for a class you must first login to our system. This takes only a few minutes. Then you purchase a single ride or series of rides. Once you have purchased your ride series you go to “reserve a class” and choose the date and time you want to come.

Can I cancel a class?
You can cancel a class 2 hours in advance of your scheduled ride time without penalty. You can cancel online or call the studio.
How long are the classes?
We offer 45, 60 and 90 minutes classes. Each class provides a different type of ride.
Do I need to bring water or a towel?
Towels are provided. We suggest you bring your own water, but refills are available.
Do my series expire?
Yes, depending on the type of series that you purchased.
I’m recovering from an injury, can I participate in your class?
You should get clearance from your doctor before participating, but because of the low-impact, non weight-bearing nature of cycling, it is ideal for getting back into shape after suffering from an injury.
How many calories will I burn?
You can burn an average of 400 – 600 calories in a 45 minute class.

What is TRX?
TRX Suspension Training develops strength, flexibility, balance and core conditioning. It focuses on using your core to condition your entire body.
What equipment do I need?
Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.
Do I need experience?
Experience isn’t required, although helpful. Beginners and advanced participants can easily train together with minor modifications to each exercise.
Do I have to be in shape?
No, not necessarily. TRX training can be tailored to all fitness levels. You will quickly get in shape with a regular TRX conditioning program.
How long are the classes?
Our standard class length is 60 minutes.
Why should I take TRX?
TRX incorporates cardio and resistance training in one – the perfect compliment to cycling.
Do I need to register in advance?
Yes. Walk-ins for TRX are not available. Our classes are semi-private (5 people maximum), so space is limited.
