All our classes are held in our spacious Park Slope studio. We provide the setting, the music and motivation and you provide the effort. We keep the lights low and the enthusiasm high to maximize your ride experience. Lose yourself in the music. Feel the motivation of the group.
Full Body Ride
Our Full Body Ride is a 45 minute ride that combines an energizing cardio ride with upper body conditioning using weights. Led by our team of motivated instructors, these classes are sure to give you the kick you need and make you feel great all day.
This is a 60 minute ride offering a longer, more intense cardio element than our Full Body Ride. Burn calories and tone your body.
60 minute total body conditioning. This is an extended version of our Full Body Ride which includes a longer cardio component as well as upper body conditioning. YES, you can!!!
This is a 90 minute ride geared to the more experienced riders who are looking to simulate their outdoor training indoors. Wearing a heart rate monitor is encouraged to fine-tune your training.
You bring your own music, we supply the bikes. Certain hours each day will be available for solo rides. Ride for as long as you like. Your ride will be deducted from your series depending on how long you ride.
TRX Suspension Training
Intense 60 minute full body conditioning. Develop strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability all at once. Suitable for all fitness levels as degree of difficulty can be tailored to individual needs. Semi private session – maximum 5 people per class.
