To round out your workout routine or training, Cycle Bar also offers semi-private TRX training, intense 60 minute total body conditioning sessions. Clinics combining cycling and TRX are also available.
At Cycle Bar you can train indoors 7 days a weeks – early morning to early evening. Everything can be done online (except the cycling). Reserve your classes up to seven days in advance.
